We believe that personalized learning is the future and requires both the teacher and technology to play a role in defining it. Hence we made our engine flexible. As an educator you can choose to turn the recommendation engine ON or OFF. You can choose to add your own suggestions to the students' learning journey or remove lessons that the platform recommends.
PlayLists for every child
Every child has an individualized playlist which the teacher can view and edit. Each playlist includes Learning Objects selected from a vast repository of content in core academic and Social Emotional Learning ( SEL ) curated by experts.
To diversify learning experiences the platform include tools and templates for Socratic dialogues, Project based Learning, Design thinking, internships and Practice based activities for Math and ELA.
The teacher can get a complete historic view of how each student has been progressing through his or her goals and where he or she needs help.
Focus
We provide the teacher, parent and student a unified view of their progress and focus areas. Our philosophy is to bring focus and simplicity to the learning journey for all the stakeholders. By clearly articulating the areas where the students need help in and displaying these against their goals, we allow both the teacher and students to view their progress consistently using the same language.
Students can track their goals and view the skills they are gaining as they keep progressing through the playlists and also the areas they need to focus on next.
Offline evidence
A large part of learning takes place offline and we recognize that. Hence we have built a simple Evidence gathering tool for both students and teachers to capture their work using their mobile phone or tablet and provide feedback in the form of customized badges.
We have combined evidence and motivation into the same app to create a Motivational Engine that will track each students ability to give feedback to peers as well as his or her social emotional reaction to teachers' feedback over a period of time.
